Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom-made products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally:

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Opened or unopened spice blends and consumable products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Process

  • Email judineorganics@gmail.com with your order details.

  • If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and return instructions.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds (when approved) will be processed to your original payment method:

    • Non-consumable items: Up to 100% refund.

    • Spice blends or individual spice items: 50% refund, as these products cannot be resold due to hygiene regulations and consumer protection laws.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

4. Exclusions

  • Opened or unopened products (like spices) are non-returnable.

  • Gift boxes and custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for refund or return.
