Whether you're shopping for personal use or looking to stock up your retail or wholesale inventory, our goal is to make your purchasing process smooth, transparent, and rewarding. Below, you'll find our detailed service policy designed specifically to guide both retail and wholesale transactions.


🧾 1. Order Requirements

Retail Orders

For our retail re-seller customers:

There is a minimum order requirement to qualify for retail re-seller pricing.

These orders are also open to individual customers who wish to purchase for personal use.

Wholesale Re-Seller Orders

Our wholesale program is perfect for businesses seeking bulk quantities and better pricing structures.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): We are currently finalizing the specifics of our MOQ — for example, this may look like 10 lbs of spice or a minimum dollar amount (e.g., $250). Note: This will be confirmed soon.

Bulk Discounts: We offer a tiered pricing system to provide you with significant savings as your order size increases.

Reseller Account Requirements: To qualify for wholesale or retail re-seller accounts, businesses must provide valid government identification, including a Tax ID or Business License.

Custom Orders

We understand that businesses have unique needs. That’s why we offer custom orders for private labeling and custom bulk blends. Reach out to us for tailored solutions!


2. Pricing & Payment Terms

Retail Re-Seller Pricing

Our website prices reflect individual purchase rates and are subject to market changes.

Retail re-seller pricing includes discounts based on retail-specific packaging quantities.

A 50% deposit is required to initiate processing your order. Payment plans are available to help you manage your balance within an agreed timeframe.

Payments should be made at checkout using one of our available methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or other approved methods.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is accessible upon account approval or special request.

Full payment is required before shipment, unless alternate terms have been approved.

We accept a variety of payment methods for wholesale orders, including Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Net 30 terms (for approved accounts).


3. Shipping & Delivery

Retail Shipping

Free shipping is available on retail orders over $50 (within the USA, excluding Hawaii & Alaska).

For orders under $25, a flat shipping rate of $6.00 applies.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Wholesale Shipping

Freight costs for wholesale orders are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified.

Orders typically ship via Jamaica Post Express, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers depending on order size.

Expect a processing time of 3-7 business days, depending on volume.

International Orders: Please note, customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the buyer’s responsibility.


4. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Retail Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

Wholesale Returns & Refunds

All wholesale sales are final.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

We value your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns on a case-by-case basis.


5. Re-Seller Guidelines

To maintain the integrity and quality of our brand, we ask that all re-sellers comply with the following guidelines:

Re-sellers are not permitted to repackage or rebrand our products.

Products should be stored in a cool, dry environment to maintain their freshness and quality.

Selling on third-party platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart) without our authorization is strictly prohibited.

Re-sellers are expected to uphold fair pricing practices and maintain the product’s integrity.
