Whether you're shopping for personal use or looking to stock up your retail or wholesale inventory, our goal is to make your purchasing process smooth, transparent, and rewarding. Below, you'll find our detailed service policy designed specifically to guide both retail and wholesale transactions.

🧾 1. Order Requirements
Retail Orders
For our retail reseller customers:
There is a minimum order requirement to qualify for retail reseller pricing.
These orders are also open to individual customers who wish to purchase for personal use.
Wholesale Re-Seller Orders
Our wholesale program is perfect for businesses seeking bulk quantities and better pricing structures. Or individuals who are simply interested in purchasing in bulk for retail sale.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 25 packets of any weight of spice blends or individual spices.
Bulk Discounts: We offer a tiered pricing system to provide you with
significant savings as your order size increases.
Wholesale tiered pricing system:
25 packets of 0.50 oz - 6.0 oz weight of spices, 5% discount
25 packets of 8.0 oz - 16.0 oz weight of spices, 8% discount
50 packets of 0.50 oz - 6.0 oz weight of spices, 12% discount
50 packets of 8.0 oz - 16.0 oz weight of spices, 15% discount
100 packets of 0.50 oz - 6.0 oz weight of spices, 18% discount
100 packets of 8.0 oz - 16.0 oz weight of spices, 20% discount
250 packets of 0.50 oz - 6.0 oz weight of spices, 22% discount
250 packets of 8.0 oz - 16.0 oz weight of spices, 24% discount
500 packets of 0.50 oz - 6.0 oz weight of spices, 25% discount
1000 packets up special fixed terms.
Reseller Account Requirements: To qualify for wholesale or retail reseller accounts, businesses or individuals must provide valid government identification, a tax registration number, a tax ID, or a business license.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Retail Reseller Pricing
Our website prices reflect individual purchase rates and are subject to market changes.
Retail reseller pricing includes discounts based on retail-specific packaging quantities.

A 50% deposit is required to initiate processing your order. Payment plans are available to help you manage your balance within an agreed timeframe.
Payments should be made at checkout using one of our available methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, or other approved methods.
Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is accessible upon account approval or special request.
Full payment is required before shipment, unless alternate terms have been approved.
We accept different payment methods for wholesale orders, including bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, and Net 30, 60, and 90 payment terms (for approved accounts). Net 30, 60, and 90 payment terms simply mean that a buyer has 30, 60, or 90 days from the date of the invoice to pay the full amount owed to the seller.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Retail Shipping
For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $15.00 applies.

Wholesale Shipping
Freight costs for wholesale orders are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified.
Orders typically ship via Jamaica Post or Jamaica Post Express for Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. FedEx, DHL, or other freight carriers depending on the size for the United States. This policy has been incorporated since the conception of the United States' change in tariff policies and rates. On account of the changes, Jamaica's postal agency is currently not shipping to the United States.
Expect a processing time of 3 - 21 business days, depending on the volume of the order.
International Orders: Please note, customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Retail Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
Wholesale Returns & Refunds
All wholesale sales are final.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
We value your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
5. Reseller Guidelines
To maintain the integrity and quality of our brand, we ask that all resellers comply with the following guidelines:
Resellers are not permitted to repackage or rebrand our products.
Products should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry environment to maintain their freshness and quality.
Selling on third-party platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart) without our authorization is strictly prohibited.
Resellers are expected to uphold fair pricing practices and maintain the product’s integrity.
